Scholings has started as a hiring company from the backyard of the founder of the company Mr Frans Scholings in the sixties. He later relocated the business to the CBD of Vanderbijlpark where he grew the business until his retirement in 1991. The business was bought by the current owner Gerhard Janse van Rensburg who relocated the business to the new premises in the light industrial area in Vanderbijlpark in 1992.
Today we specialise in 2 fields namely the hiring of construction equipment and the supply and service of lawn, garden and industrial equipment.
At the hiring department we strive to supply a superior level of rental service to our construction building and DIY customers.
At the industrial department we specialize in both domestic and industrial equipment to suit every application and need. Only top quality equipment feature in our range and our professional staff will advise you on which product suits your needs the best.
A fully equipped on site workshop caters for all your repairs and maintenance needs, while a collection and delivery service makes life easy for our customers. We also have a fully stocked spares department for your spare part requirements.
With a perfectly laid out concept showroom, products and equipment can be viewed at ease with professional advice and help on hand.
